To Catch A Killer Part 1 is the 2221st episode of The Bill.
An eleven year old boy is abduct by a hooded man in a shopping centre, leading to fears a copycat child killer, mimicking the kidnap and murder of three young boys in the 1980s, is on the loose in Sun Hill. Mike Wilson becomes the prime suspect when a shrine to his girlfriend, one of the killers, Linda Johnson and her deceased boyfriend Alistair Haigh. Neil goes closer to his informant in her cell, but he discovers is not as nearly straightforward as it appeared.
