D.S. Picton with Tosh Lines.
Picton was a Detective Sergeant assigned to Area and in August 1989 was taking part in an observation with D.S. Ray Sage of local Sun Hill criminal Paul Burnell. They were relieved by D.S. Alistair Greig and D.C. Tosh Lines to the dissatisfaction of the Area officers who saw it as their operation rather than a divisional one. (Time Out)
