Mickey Owen in court (Information Received)
Mickey Owen was a businessman and protection racketeer who in 1990 was in court for harassing shop owners in Sun Hill. He was acquitted due to lack of evidence and later threatened D.S. Ted Roach who was following his men on their protection money collections.
Three weeks prior to the court appearance he organised the theft of goods from a security van at a local supermarket. His alibi was that during the robbery he was in The Cockatoo club with Roach's informant, Roxanne who he also lived with. After pressure from Roach, Roxanne made a statement contradicting his alibi. Owen and Roach again crossed paths ten years later leading to Roxanne's death. (Old Enemies / New Friends)

In all three appearances, Mickey Owen was played by actor Michael Feast. Feast had appeared in the series several times as other characters in the ten year gap between Information Received and Old Enemies.
