User rights management

An unregistered user is spamming the Samantha Nixon and Abigail Nixon page by adding fake information about family. This is twice I've removed the edits and they still keep editing it. Can you lock the pages so only registered users can edit them?

What would be the chance of me making Patroller? I know a lot about The Bill, and I've been here for about a year, and I'm regularly here, and I commonly clear up articles that have either been spammed or done incorrectly. Let me know, I think it would be time for me to have more power being the most active user here
