P.C. Locket was a Metropolitan Police Officer serving at Sun Hill on C Relief between 1991 and 1992.

At Sgt. Welsh's leaving party in July 1991, Locket was among a number of off duty officers causing a disturbance at a local pub resulting in complaints and visits from W.P.C. Norika Datta and Sgt. Alec Peters. (Your Shout)

Later that month, Locket is spotted by P.C. Ron Smollett leaving the station car park in an unmarked car and not in full uniform when he was supposed to be on duty. Smollett informed Locket's Sergeant, Acting Sgt. Cathy Marshall, who pursued the matter further. Despite initial attempts at intimidation towards Marshall, Locket later apologised but was informed he would likely still face a disciplinary for his actions. (A Corporal of Horse)
