James Lance was born 29 September, 1974 in Southampton, Hampshire. He is an English actor who is best known for his appearances in a number of British comedy series, including The Upper Hand, 2point4 Children, Absolutely Fabulous, People Like Us, Saxondale, Absolute Power, I Want My Wife Back, Mount Pleasant, Conjugal Rites, Second Thoughts, Spaced, Smack the Pony, Teachers, Top Buzzer, I'm Alan Partridge, The Book Group, Sensitive Skin and Rescue Me. He has also been in Being Human, The Bill, Boy Meets Girl, Midsomer Murders, Babylon, Toast of London, The Last Enemy, No Heroics and Agatha Christie's Marple.
