P.C. Kirsty Knight is a character in The Bill.

Kirsty thrives on the adrenaline-fuelled side of the job. Policing since 2001, now she’s Sun Hill’s newest area car driver. Watch out any boy racers out there as you’re her pet hate and she can out-drive and manoeuvre most of you.

Kirsty arrived at Sun Hill in 2010 as Tony Stamp’s replacement, she was handpicked from a group of recruits by Sgt Jo Masters. Hugely sociable Kirsty loves to pull over from her job in the fast lane to enjoy an end-of-shift tipple or two with her work colleagues down the pub. Equipped with an irreverent sense of humour, she’s sure to fit in with the rest of the cynics in the team. She is warm-hearted and usually happy, but she has an attitude and proves to be rough too.

After finding the dead body of Venezuelan Woman, Kirsty and Fellow PC Leon Taylor must find the womans child and his father. After finding the boy and the dad both PC's a fairly traumatized by the experience and after waiting for a cab together the two kiss. However, they later decide that they will stay "just friends", though that decision doesn't seem to cancel out teasing from the rest of their colleagues. [1]
