Episode 477 is the 2133rd episode of The Bill.
As the Serious Organised Crime Agency begin to question Zain's undercover role with the Colombian gang, drugs mule Eva Garcia contacts her brother, blowing the security of the safe house and putting the detective in great danger from kingpin Alvarez. Honey argues with Will about pressing him to go on holiday together, but before they can sort out their relationship, she answers an emergency call from Eva. Zain attempts to keep in the loop by providing fake information regarding planned decoy drops. Terry investigates a string of hotel robberies.
Officer Marcus Swift is furious when he arrives at Sun Hill telling Meadows and Heaton that there are multiple shipments, and that Alvarez has several decoys. Zain shows up late and plays part of a recording so that it sounds like Alvarez mentioning the drop off and the decoys.
Honey continues her special duties looking after Eva Garcia, but the safehouse is compromised when her brother Santi shows up, and is then beaten up by Alvarez's thugs when he tries to avenge his sister's family honour. Eva vanishes and Honey takes leave, but Will says he won't be going. Honey gets a call from Eva and when she finds her, she tries to call the station but she is grabbed by Alvarez's thugs and the women are abducted.
Elsewhere, Heaton demands the team increase their results and assigns uniform to deal with two thefts at a hotel, one of many in a recent string. Lewis turns up hungover, and is reprimanded by Nikki for sleeping in the Writing Room. Roger and Diane arrest a suspect but he is cleared due to an alibi, but he is cautioned for signing on to his new job and failing to inform his boss he had a criminal record, but another suspect props up, Jim Blyth, one of the victims, but both he and Lewis give Terry a lead, so he sets up an operation to ensnare the target, which pleases Heaton.
Zain is called back to Bar Morocco, and as it is raided he vanishes with Haskew and Shaw, and at a warehouse, they are confronted by an angry Alvarez, who shows Garcia. He gets angry and demands to know why Zain claims she was dead and Paul tries to reveal Zain's role, but during the argument, Alvarez shoots Eva in the stomach. He then grabs Honey and demands Zain to confess his role.
