When Dave goes to tell the family, he finds out the father already knows. Conway contacts a local radio station to make an appeal about the missing girl, only to be ticked off by Brownlow for not going to the press office about it first. Burnside takes Brownlow's secretary Marion out for lunch, and while there he notices the girl lunching with a businessman.
