Steve is late for shift. Just as Steve is about to arrest a fine defaulter Dave is nearly run over by a speeding Mercedes. Steve really wants to arrest the fine defaulter, who has already left by the time he gets back, but Dave wants to deal with the driver. They find the body of the car owner's lover in the boot of the car.
