On arrival in Germany, Terry finds himself on a former Russian air field, where the leader of the gang, Victor Hauptmann, shoots one of his men, believing him to be an undercover officer. He mistakenly informs Sun Hill that he has killed their undercover officer, which prompts Meadows, Mickey and Kezia to catch the next flight to Germany and investigate whether Terry is alive or dead.
