Just Say No is the 666th episode of The Bill.
Ch. Insp. Conway is leaving a meeting when he sees a girl kicking his car. She has information about the murder of a crack dealer, but is scared of her parents finding out.
P.C. Stamp and P.C. Hollis deal with a shoplifter in an electrical shop. She has a passbook in her possession belonging to the girl connected with the dead crack dealer, and turns out to be the girl who was being raped by the dealer when he was killed.
