Feasting With Panthers is the 174th episode of The Bill.
P.C. Stamp and a special constable are ticketing parked cars. Sgt. Penny warns a newsagent to move his car, and tells the special constable to destroy the ticket he has written for it. Penny loses it after reading some graffiti on the toilet mirror. D.C. Dashwood goes to see a man about a burglary. Dashwood is suspicious because there are no signs of forced entry. It transpires that the burglary was carried out by the man's ex-lover. D.I. Burnside won't help because of armed robbers. Stamp and D.C. Lines watch in a pub while the man is approached by his ex-lover, who is blackmailing him.
