Blue Eyed Boy is the 215th episode of The Bill.
P.C. Melvin arrives late for work, having forgotten he was due in court the day before, causing the case to be thrown out. Insp. Monroe and D.I. Burnside are furious. Melvin and P.C. Stamp spot a house being burgled and the suspected is apprehended, but Melvin's honesty is questioned after an engagement ring is not accounted for. He is not behaving as usual. He is going on holiday to Hong Kong with a barrister.
