As Community Liason Officer, Chief Inspector Conway has to pick up the pieces, at the same time as trying to get to the bottom of a series of allegedly racially-motivated assaults.
Raji James, who plays one of the youths arrested by Cato, went on to appear as DS Vik Singh.
