Episode 334 is the 1992th episode of The Bill.
The relief are out looking for the 13-year-old who raped Sgt Ackland, while PC Murphy interviews her. Trescot is found by PC Kent and arrested by PC Stamp. At interview, he tells DC Sim that he was also the victim of sexual abuse. PC Hemmingway is called to give evidence at the inquest into the death of Lee Thomas. When DS Hunter admits to fiancée Kate Maltby that he is still married to Cindy, she kicks him out and finds comfort in the arms of his brother, Steve.
With this episode, The Bill became Britain's longest running police drama series, outstripping Dixon of Dock Green by a day.
Benedict Sandiford guest stars as Dave Burt in this episode.
