Okaro is 'suspended' when a photo of him sharing a joint with Issac Collins. Only the Borough Commander knows that he is undercover to expose Collins' drug dealing activity. He joins as a security guard but Collins is suspicous. Meadows challenges Manson over his relationship with Suzie, but Meadows, now Acting Superintendent has no choice to make Manson Acting DCI, however, he does not give Manson's reccomendation for Acting DI to Sam, instead it is given to Ramani.
First appearance of Chief Superintendent Ian Barratt, temporary departure of Superintendent Adam Okaro, Jason Barnett guest stars.
