Gregory Donaldson was born 12 May, 1973 in Kensington, London. He is a British actor who played DC Tom Proctor in The Bill from 1997 to 2000. Donaldson had previously played two guest parts in the series. His other television credits include Ashes to Ashes, Doctors, Dream Team, Silent Witness and Silk. His feature film credits include The Football Factory and V For Vendetta.
