- 2000 - Murdered DS John Boulton
In October 2000, Beech phoned John Boulton and they met in a Construction Site at night. Beech reveals to him that he has been working for Howard Fallon and revealed that it was him who gave up Lynette's location. He tried to convince Boulton to help him out and offered him a bribe but Boulton angrily refused. Beech headbutted him and a fight ensued between the two Detective Sergeants. Boulton choked Beech but he got the upper hand and he smashed Boulton's head against the ground numerous times, killing him. (Find The Lady)
- 2001 - Commits money laundering crimes and robberies in Australia
Ever since his arrival in Australia, Beech began to commit multiple money laundering crimes and armed robberies under a different name. He linked up with Vietnamese criminal Frankie Nguyen, with the pair going from partners in crime to romantic partners in the nine months since Beech landed in Sydney. Claire Stanton, who is now a D.I, also arrived to bring Beech to justice. The local force suspected that Beech was flown under the radar thanks to recently suspended local officer Bill Mayle, who put Beech in touch with a local drugs kingpin. Beech's greed saw him raid Triad leader Joey Tranh, who then held Nguyen's pregnant sister hostage to get Beech's location. Tranh shows up but after a distraction, Beech pulled a gun out from his sock and shot him in the head and fired another bullet. Stanton and D.S.C.Ken McEvoy arrived and searched for Beech. Whilst searching for Beech upstairs, McEvoy got knocked out by the ex-DS and Stanton went after him on her own. Whilst Beech made a run for the boat, Stanton ordered him to stop and fired a warning shot. Beech refused and said that she would not shoot him. Stanton fired at the boat three times after Beech refused to stop, one bullet hit the boat, she missed the second shot and the third hit the petrol can which exploded and blew the ship up with Beech on board. Stanton returned to England and resigned from the force.
- 2001 - Commits £6.5 million robbery in London
After faking his death in Australia, Beech returned to London and committed a £6.5 million pound safety deposit box robbery, using a car bomb as a distraction. Stanton, now with a security firm, was assigned the task of retrieving documents stolen in the heist for a particularly rich client.

Beech contacted DI Neil Manson, who he had known as a DC, and offered information on police corruption in exchange for a transfer to a lower category prison. In Episode 216 Beech escaped after overpowering Manson and DS Phil Hunter while being transferred and has not been heard from since.
