In March 1989, she was working at the club (whilst knitting) when D.C. Mike Dashwood and D.C. Jim Carver entered the club. She initially mistook them for paying customers until Carver showed her his warrant card. When Dashwood joked about taking a free ticket she retorted "Drop dead!". (Bad Company)
