James Barriscale was born 6 December, 1969 in Crewe, Cheshire. He is an English actor who appeared in The Bill. He appeared five times in 2003 as criminal Vince Foster, and appeared in 2005 for six more episodes as The Real Gabriel Kent, a role he is well known for.
