Bruce Alexander was born 28 May, 1946 in Watford, Hertfordshire. He is an English actor who is best known for playing DI Jack Frost's mean, but good old friend Superintendent Norman Mullett in A Touch of Frost between 1992 and 2010. He has also been in Specials, The Professionals, Agatha Christie's Poirot, The Brittas Empire, Keeping Up Appearances, Z-Cars, Juliet Bravo, The Bill, Heartbeat, New Tricks, Doc Martin, Love and Marriage, Casualty, EastEnders, Boon, Doctors, Midsomer Murders, Dangerfield, Peak Practice, Chandler and Co, Tomorrow Never Dies and A Christmas Carol.
